We will not refund customers on custom made products, please understand what you are purchasing before paying for the product. You are always welcome to contact us before purchasing an item. You are purchasing natural authentic leather, the back side may have markings on it. The straps will need to be broken in when you first receive them. If we custom make a bucket for you, we are designing it by hand, we are not etching a image onto the bucket. We will do our best to make the image as close to the original image as possible.
